As we enter a new year, we have decided not to rest on our laurels. Instead, we want to make even more certain that we are constantly improving every aspect of our business so that you can benefit in every way possible. One of the ways that we plan on doing this in 2017 is by introducing an even more dedicated focus on our quality assurance and management.
Our parent company Globital has brought on board a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager, Ali Sultan. Mr Sultan brings with him many years of practical project management and quality control experience which he will use in his new position sitting above our operations team and reporting directly to our leadership board.
Over time, Onsite Online Marketing plans on pursuing official ISO 9001 QA accreditation – something that will greatly assist clients in bringing on and retaining new customers and growing their business. While we work towards this goal, we will also be making the necessary changes to our existing frameworks and means of operation. We want to slowly but steadily improve our best practices and service delivery so that the transformation has a tangible effect on what we do and how we do it.
Mr Sultan is eager to get going in his new role here at Globital, and by extension in Onsite Online Marketing. Having already established himself as a team player, we expect to start seeing positive changes occurring sooner than expected.
